The tenth expression from independent bottler Cognac Sponge (yes, from the same folks that are behind the celebrated Whisky Sponge releases) is another delight. Full of bright yellow fruit, honey and floral notes, it’s a youthful, vibrant expression from Jean-Luc Pasquet. Known for its organic production and micro-cuvées, the maker manages its own Folle Blanche vines. This is a real treat – ideal for after-dinner summer sipping.
